Eve Sinkiewicz
Attorney at Law
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Eve moved to Wyoming in 2013 and never looked back. Raised by a single mother of three, Eve learned early on the value of industry, integrity, and grace under pressure: principles which now anchor both her life and her law practice.
Eve earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming in Religious Studies in 2017. After graduation, she spent three years living and playing in the mountains of Wyoming in Centennial, Foxpark, and Riverside, learning the kind of quiet resilience and self-reliance only rural Wyoming can teach. She carried that spirit through to law school at the University of Wyoming College of Law while bartending at Laramie's historic Buckhorn Bar & Parlor.
During law school, Eve gained extensive hands-on experience through three semesters in UW’s Civil Legal Services Clinic where she represented low-income clients facing real-world crises. In addition to her Clinic work, she trained closely under two Wyoming solo practitioners with more than 65 years of combined experience. This mentorship reinforced the skills she developed in the Clinic and deepened her passion for client-centered, boots-on-the-ground lawyering.
Eve became a member of the Wyoming State Bar in October 2024 and began her legal career as an Associate Attorney at a mid-sized Cheyenne firm, where she further refined her courtroom advocacy and motion practice. Building on that foundation and guided by a growing conviction that Wyoming deserved a more accessible and grounded approach to representation, Eve then founded Wyo Woman Legal in October 2025, intentionally building her practice outside the mold of the traditional law office.
She strives each day to create a firm where working people, parents, and Wyoming families are seen, heard, and respected without the elitism and cold formality that too often pervade the legal profession. To that end, Eve offers evening calls until 7:00 p.m. and is willing to meet with clients on weekends when needed because accessibility and communication are obligations, not empty marketing ploys.
Eve primarily practices family law, an area of law she chooses each day because of its raw humanity and the creativity it demands. Whether navigating custody, guardianship, divorce, or visitation disputes, she works to transform lose-lose conflicts into workable solutions during some of the most emotionally heavy chapters of her clients’ lives. She is known by her clients for her warmth, directness, and the way she blends fierce advocacy with common sense and grounded empathy. Eve believes that strong outcomes come from hard work, honest communication between the attorney and the client, and an uncompromising refusal to cut corners, no smoke or mirrors necessary.
In addition to family law, Eve maintains a broad civil practice including employment law, landlord/tenant matters, and contract disputes. She is at her best in cases that demand meticulous research, sharp analysis, and a practical, human approach.
Outside the office, Eve can usually be found working more, playing her music way too loud, fixing up her 1980s mobile home, or disappearing back into the mountains.
